   Tuve una ingrata experiencia el día de hoy en este restaurante. Nos recibieron diciendo que la cocina cerraba en 5 minutos, cuando en OpenTable tenía opción para reservar una mesa hasta una hora después. A las apuradas elegimos como pudimos porque el server no se acercó ni siquiera a explicarnos de qué se trataba el menú. Pedimos tres platos, de los cuales uno no se podía ni comer de lo ácido que estaba. Cuando logramos que nos dieran atención le solicitamos al server que nos dieran una solución. Se acercó Maia de mala gana, nos retiraron el plato y nos dieron el cheque en el momento, sin habernos servido el postre que ya habíamos pagado, lo tuvimos que pedir. Nos lo trajeron, de mala gana, y no nos dieron el té de cortesía porque “no había” y acto seguido se lo sirven la mes de al lado. Para culminar, estábamos a medio comer el postre y nos levantaron luces de la mesa y nos avisaron que estaban cerrando. Una pésima experiencia, el peor servicio al cliente que tuve en Miami. Nos hicieron sentir incómodas y no bienvenidas desde el primer momento.

   The food was tepid but ok. They brought our appetizers with our main course. Our waitress forgot about us. The place was very cute. My daughter had been before and raved about the food but was disappointed this time.

   Es un lugar hermoso para disfrutar de una comida al aire libre bajo la sombra de un árbol gigante. Fuimos recibidos por el manager quien fue muy atento y servicial. La comida es muy bien hecha y deliciosa con delicias turcas muy bien logradas. Definitivamente volveremos.

   We ordered the food and they took forever to bring it, the tea was cold, the turkish pizza was cold, and the waiter said they did not have any rice, if we wanted to order something else? The meat was without rice, no fries, and then at the end when we went to pay she asked us if we got the rice. We never got it. I think they should improve with the customer service. The turkish salad was very good and the lentil soup.

   Nunca me había atendido tan mal, servicio lento, y muy desorganizado, ahí nadie estaba concentrado, teníamos que pedir todo el tiempo que recogieran los plantos terminados, servicio llevaban unos y otros no. El vino que pedimos justo al llegar no lo habían traído después de dos entradas, y cuando lo recordamos se demoró todavía 10 min antes de decirnos que servicio llevaban unos les había acabado, pedimos otros no sin expresar en descontento y aun así demoró 15 min en llegar!!! Increíble!!! Después nos trajeron los platos principales separados por más de 10 min a unos comensales sí y a otros no!!! Desastre total y nosotros que veníamos de lejos con muchísima ilusión a festejar el final de los exámenes de los hijos. No solo fue una decepción de cena sino un mal recuerdo para una ocasión especial

   Overall it was a great experience but - host who greeted us could be a bit more smiley and friendly. Regardless she was polite. - Ayhan and all other staff were busy bees, kind and caring - owner was the bummer unfortunately. He was kind of rude and distant. He sat with his friends like this was a cheap street cafe, did not look good in my opinion. He never welcomed guests or said welcome/good morning anybody etc. - ambiance was good. - tea was late and Luke warm. - would I go again? Probably - for good and service
