   We had high expectations, but were let down over and over. The restaurant is beautiful. The Coconut (margarita) and chips & salsa were fantastic. Other than that, an overall disappointment. We had to wait a long time to even be acknowledged by someone when we entered. Standing at a host/hostess stand while employees walk by and blatantly ignore you with their back to you is uncomfortable and awkward. When it was our turn to be seated about 10 minutes past our reservation time, the hostess set the menus on a table and walked away without saying a word or looking at us. It was bizarre. We then sat for 15 minutes before anyone came with water or to take our order. When our waiter did arrive, he began by apologizing if we had to wait - he said he wasn’t sure if we were waiting long but wanted to apologize anyway. Odd but appreciated, and the waiter was very nice. Queso was not good - tasted powdery like it came out of a microwave bag or something. We asked to split the cheese enchiladas and when they arrived to our table, it was set in front of one of us without an offer to move some of the portion onto my husband’s plate. This sounds petty, but the plate was too hot to touch so we couldn’t pass it or even pick it up to slide some of the food off onto another plate. All in all, pretty place but bad service and overpriced with ok food. If you want to go to have drinks and chips & salsa, that’s about all we’d recommend it for.

   Great service and great food! We were at the restaurant earlier than expected but we were seated right away. The food and drinks were great!

   Always a solid experience dining at Elena's. The serving staff is always so warm and welcoming.

   Atmosphere, customer service, cleanness everything great, but the food no so good and $$$$. The place is most of the time packed and loud. They need to tone down on the music. Without a reservation on busy hours, expect a wait from 45m to almost 2hours.

   I love the atmosphere and the ambiance. A little noisy as it is a bustling and busy restaurant with great cocktails and fabulous food. It will become a “go to” restaurant for special occasions and entertaining friends from out of town. Staff are amazing!!!

   Came here for my freind’s bday. She ordered the fries whole branzino fish which was good. She enjoyed it. I ordered the beef tacos and was disappointed. I was expecting something special and different but it was just 3 crispy tacos with ground beef with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, shredded cheese and sour cream. I would not recommend this entree.

    The food was excellent as was the service. However it was difficult having a conversation because of the noise level. However I will return for the delicious food.
