   The food was as good as all elephants and castle restaurants, which are amazing. The staff were bubbly and always happy to help. We will definitely be coming back

   Gorgeous food. But for the second time in a row the service was bad. After 20 mins of no attention I had to go find a server to take our order. Servers were all talking to each other and avoiding eye contact with customers. Again I had to get up off the table and ask someone for the bill.

   Food was not up to previous standard. Chips felt old and almost like leftovers and food was only lukewarm as if it had been sitting for a long time without being kept warm. This is my first time having a bad experience in this particular Elephant & Castle and I was disappointed.

   The bathroom is always dirty. The same food tests different. For example the soup I ordered today was not delicious than a few weeks ago.

   Good chicken wings! Food and drinks are good but the restaurant is very noisy

   The starter - dirty chicken was just delicious As was my partner’s chilli burger My wings were very disappointing as they were totally overcooked. I’m used to receiving wings that are crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside - giving a burst of taste as you bite into them. This is were you lost the stars. It was like they had been under a heater for hours

   It took 55 mins for food to arrive from when we sat down. To be fair the waiter was v apologetic but clearly other tables were prioritised. Place was less than half full so should not have taken that long. Other tables that the staff seem to know well got their food first even though we ordered before them. We did enquire twice and let them know but as I said the waiter was apologetic and seemed like a nice fella. Very frustrating with a young family

    A very nice mid range restaurant with excellent service and good food. Well worth a visit especially if you’re looking for somewhere that caters for adult dining and family dining.
