   Absolutely loved our experience at élephante! We were dining here for our anniversary and they gave us an amazing seat a perfect view of the sunset and the beach, We ordered the whipped eggplant and bread, whipped eggplant was nice, creamy, smooth and the bread was crispy but soft and doughy on the inside. We also got the shrimp; the shrimp was nice, paired well with the lemon cream sauce it came with. For our main course we got the vodka pasta with lobster 10/10, soppressata pizza 9.5/10 a little salty but the crust was crispy but soft in the middle so good, the meats were crisped perfectly, nice and cheesy, but I wish there was more hot honey, and the broccolini 7/10. I didn’t care for this much but my hubby loved it.  for drinks I had two guava lemonades, delicious;  perfect balance of sour and sweet.  And my hubby had got the beekeeper; it was a small drink, but it is strong and super delicious so I would 100% recommend this.  I would recommend this restaurant to anyone and everyone and I would be back !

   Overall, a great celebratory dinner. Thank you for accommodating our request to be seated in the Sunset Room! Our waiter forgot our appetizers, but corrected it upon notifying him. Will definitely return.

   Lola was attentive and kind. It was a cooler night and the cactus room was chilly for dinner- even with the outdoor heaters on. The “signature” whipped eggplant had merely a whisper of flavor, the vodka pasta was overcooked- but the pizza was good (airy crust , good leoparding). Drinks were well done…

   Well, it was a cold evening and Elephante is mostly a covered, outdoor experience. Fortunately, they offered everyone blankets. But the food was great, plated creatively. Service was a little slow at times but I would definitively say, “Try this restaurant on a warm day in LA!”

   My girlfriend and I came here for a romantic dinner to celebrate our anniversary. I mentioned it on the OpenTable app when I made the reservation, and I was impressed and flattered on how they attended to our celebration. When the hostess sat us at our table she wished us a happy anniversary, and once our excellent dinner was finished we were going to inquire about dessert, however our server just brought us an amazing tiramisu and two glasses of Prosecco in honor of our anniversary on the house. It truly helped make the night special on our meaningful celebration. Thank you so much to the restaurant and staff for helping make our special day all the more special.

   Elephante in Santa Monica never disappoints! We had an incredible date night here, enjoying both the beautiful ambiance and top-tier service. We started with the tuna tartare and calamari, both fresh and perfectly seasoned. For mains, we shared the ribeye and the pasta with lobster, which were absolutely outstanding—the steak was cooked to perfection, and the pasta was rich and flavorful. To top it off, our drinks were spot-on. The vodka martini was crisp and smooth, the Old Fashioned wasn’t that strong and was a too sweet. A huge shoutout to Andrea, our server, who made our experience even better! She was warm, attentive, and made great recommendations. It’s always nice to be welcomed by someone who truly cares about the guests. Elephante is hands down one of the best spots in Santa Monica for a romantic night out. Can’t wait to come back.

    My husband and I had a wonderful dinner last night. All the antipasti and the courses were delicious. We’d love to come to this place once more before we leave LA.
