   Had a birthday dinner and the server was extremely slow. 2 hours for drinks and one course. My pizza was burned on the bottom and raw dough under the sauce - which was Luke warm. Took the server 15 minutes to come follow-up. Paying was impersonal as well. The server was there holding the pad making me feel obligated to tip more than she deserved.

   We had a great server. The kitchen was absolutely backed up but she kept drinks coming and managed our expectations well.

   We loved our server Angel! She was amazing, attentive, authentic- a rare find! She made recommendations that didn’t sound like upsells - like she legitimately cared that we got the best on the menu. The food is outstanding and if you consider the location and the price point, better than outstanding. It’s lively, fun, and loud. We waited about 15 mins past our reservation time for a table - not bad. Would come back in a minute. Would highly recommend.

   The ambiance was so nice. Our waiter took care of every detail of our dinner. This was our first visit but we will definitely be back. The food was all made there.

   As Italians visiting the city, we were excited to try Elisabetta’s, but unfortunately, the experience fell short of our expectations. The wait time for our food was excessively long, which made the overall dining experience less enjoyable. When the food finally arrived, the pasta dishes were quite underwhelming. The Rigatoni Bolognese was far from authentic—creamy, overly salty, and lacking the traditional flavors we anticipated. The Pasta al Limone e Pistacchio was decent, but nothing remarkable. The Tricolore and Pear Salad were the highlights of the meal and the only dishes we truly enjoyed. Overall, while the ambiance was nice, the food and service didn’t live up to the standards of authentic Italian cuisine we were hoping for.
