    Paid $120 on wine with the intentions on eating dinner as well. It took over an hour and a half before our 1st course came out l. I didn’t get I try it as the 1st course of 3 came out as we were lying and leaving. Very sad it was a special day. We weren’t the only ones to leave on Valentine’s Day either. I want to say I witnessed 4-5 tables left before receiving that food and service. Customers were frustrated and asking for help somehow there were no mangers present. This was my first experience at Good and Elm And also my last. 2/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND

    Food was good. Service was ok. They were busy but we could see patrons leaving their tables due lack of service. Fortunately our waitress lysmaris was very attentive. Valentine’s Day is a busy day for restaurants and the restaurant manager should have prepared better for it.

    Team Elm & Good were not in sync on Valentine night! Yikes. Hour waits for drinks and food. Soup that was pretty good arrived cold. The Valentine set menu with the wine was OK and the food was average. The asparagus soup was good when it arrived hot. Steak was not hot. Lobster really watery or something. My red snapper was good and warm, thanks! The red velvet cake was damp and seemed to come right from the freezer. I saw a table leave because no one waited on them. And we walked out with a $240 bill. Hmmm, you guys have to do better than that!

    Where do I start. Entering into the restaurant I knew I would have a pleasant experience and a culinary delight. The lighting, furniture, style, colors and chic elegance makes this place stand out like no other in the area. The food was superb there is nothing like food at the right temperature that burst with flavors after just one bite. I had the Cajun Red Snapper entree and the shrimp deviled eggs appetizer. I only wish I could take this entire restaurant with me back home to Los Angeles so I could have dinner there again tomorrow:D

    They didn’t know we were coming. Had to talk to manager before the table was set up. Staff was nice. Food was good but not hot. Under the correct circumstances this could be a great place.

    Always a good experience with staff, valet parking available, food is always fresh, location is close to downtown. Nice boutique hotel surrounding the eatery. Enjoy the craft cocktails.

    We arrived 25 minutes before our brunch reservation and were greeted and seated. We waited 10 minutes before anyone came to our table to take our drink order. I ordered a cappuccino and it when it finally came it was room temperature. They waiter took our order and brought us the wrong food resulting in a longer wait. While we were waiting we saw 4 other tables getting wrong orders or returning them because they were missing an ingredient (an egg on a to go order). We really wanted to love this place. At one point my husband asked for another cup of coffee and he never received it. Not sure if it’s a wait staff issue, a kitchen issue or a combination. Maybe it was just a really off day.
