first time visiting this place in the heart of Westfield Stratford, had high expectation. arrived and after finding a member of staff they showed us to a table. restaurant is huge and at the time we arrived was very quiet. Ordered from there festive menu. Also ordered cocktails from the specialist section but was informed that the person that did these was not in and only the classic options where available so ordered 3 (there where 3 of us present). These arrived and where really good. I ordered a 3 course festive option and and my wife and friend ordered main and dessert option. My starter arrived and was very good well presented and tasted great. After our main arrived. We had all ordered the same Slow-cooked beef short rib, horseradish sauce, Guinness gravy. it arrived very well presented however after cutting into it it did not as expected fall apart and where hard and tough to cut. both my wife and guest could not eat due to it not being good. we called the waiter and they apologised and offered alternative however due to time since3 passed we didn't accept and they said they would remove from bill. We then waited for our desserts again we had all selected the same which looked amazing. Apple & Cranberry Crumble with Vanilla Ice Cream. When is arrived it was extremely well presented and we couldn't wait to taste, however after cutting into it we noticed there wasn't a cranberry in sight, we all felt that we didn't want to complain again so asked for the bill and when paid we would bring it to there attention. Its a shame as this place looked impressive and we eat out a lot so have good experience, however on our visit our experience was very tainted due to the food served.
