Join us at Ember & Vine, a Mediterranean Tuscan Steakhouse & Wine Restaurant in Palmas del Mar. Bringing Farm-to-Table, Seafood, Pasta & Premium cuts & trendy ocean view upscale dinning at a cozy ambiance. Uniquely curated wine list & classic cocktails for all to enjoy. The night begins with a Cocktail hour 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM includes one welcome drink for each. At 6:30 PM sharp, the evening transitions to an exquisite 6-course fine tasting dinner, meticulously crafted to offer the finest flavors and elevate your dining experience while you enjoy a Complimentary Bottle of Prosecco. Enjoy Champagne specials during the evening and complimentary Celebration Favors. The doors will close promptly at 9:00 PM, ensuring a timeless and intimate celebration as we welcome the new year in style.

    I have been residing in Palmas for the past 7 years and there is truly no comparison to the type of experience we had on December 31st. The food, the service, the ambience was simply amazing and comparable to restaurants in too cities in the world. I would definitely be back !!!

    Fantastic, Luxe New Year’s Eve 6 course dinner with bubbly. The staff is always welcoming and attentive. I recommend their special events in addition to the normal brunch and dinner service.

    Love E&V . Great food , service and ambience. The details that go Into preparation of the dishes is evident. Great pear/spinach salad and the octopus carpaccio was also very good. Very well balanced flavors. Will go back soon!
