Situated in the heart of beautiful Carefree, Arizona, the English Rose Tea Room provides an exquisite “Afternoon Tea” experience. Try a scone with Devon Cream, or our Formal Afternoon Tea, or simply a delicious vegetarian quiche …there is something for every discerning tea lover’s palate. The interior of the Tea Room boasts sumptuous floral decor, bejeweled chairs and pink velvet banquette seating, crystal chandeliers and beautiful bone china tea sets. Such a perfect, charming place for a special treat such as Tea Time! Last minute one of my friends needed to bring her 2 year old grandson and the tea room added one more to our table. There were other children at the restaurant which added to the sweet Christmas vibe. A Santa Claus came through the restaurant several times to say hello. My friend's grandson enjoyed the tea food as much as we did! A very special memory was made for us all.

This is a great little place!! I always bring our visitors here for a unique experience. The food is always good as well as the service. The scones are delicious! I highly recommend it!

The cutest little tea house! There’s always a beautiful ambiance with so much attention to detail. They have a large selection of amazing teas and the food is delicious! Perfect for special occasions or a girls day out!

What a lovely experience!! We were seated in a nice private area. The ambiance is as a tearoom should be - beautiful , comfortable and filled with wonderful sight. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was excellent!! I will definitely return. I highly recommend The English Rose Tea Room.

My 22 year old granddaughter loves the tea room. We have been many times. Today was an early Hanukkah present from me to her. We had such a nice time. The food was delicious as always and our server, Chloe, was very pleasant. My only critique is that because your place is so popular, getting a reservation on a particular day and time around the holidays can be challenging. I made my reservation weeks in advance. We’ll definitely be back.

I took my mom for her birthday and we really loved it. The space is stunning and the food and tea was delicious for a reasonable price. My only complaint would be the table they sat us at was very small and right at the entrance so people were walking back and forth and shopping while we were trying to enjoy. Overall, it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!
