Following on from Tokyo, this, the second Japanese branch of the world famous Florentine restaurant Enoteca Pinchiorri, opened in 2007 on the 42nd floor of the Midland Square building, a new landmark of Nagoya’s global development. The glass-walled restaurant overlooks the finest views in Nagoya. The entire menu is overseen by Michelin three-star chef Annie Féolde. Our dishes embody the spirit of modern Italian cuisine, imagination and creativity firmly grounded in the traditions of Tuscany. サーブのタイミングも良く、料理へのこだわりも感じられるコース内容でした。見た目、香り、食感、器も完璧でした。あえて言うなら、デザートではバナナだけが強かったので、同じバナナでももう少し熟れていない酸味のあるものを使ってもらえたらよかったかな。また伺いますので、新しい料理を楽しませて下さい。

お料理やお店の雰囲気は楽しめました。ワイン自体も美味しかったのですが、ソムリエさんの対応がちょっと…、という感じでございました。

料理はもちろんのこと、イタリアワインも最高でした。また行きたいです。高層ビルの最上階なので夜景もとてもきれいでした。

This is a value-for-money 1-Star Michelin restaurant, with excellent food, beautiful atmosphere and view, but best of all, the impeccable services provided by Sakama-San and his fellow coworkers!
