Ensō Omakase is a collaboration from Chef Robert Ruiz and Chef Drew Deckman. We offer two seatings each day, one at 1:45pm, and one at 5:45pm, limited to 8 guests. We have created an intimate, sustainable Omakase experience, focusing specifically on the ingredients available seasonally here in Valle de Guadalupe. Our produce is grown here in the valley on our family farms, truly farm to table. Our exclusive wines are from Baja California, from Cavas del Mogor, and neighboring vineyards. We work with local purveyors and fisherman to ensure that our seafood is sustainable. That our offerings from the sea are treated with our continued philosophy of using the correct capture methods, the correct species, at the right time of year. Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California is an area unique to the world, constantly evolving with the seasons, our menu reflects the same. Our goal is to explore the history, ingredients, and cuisine of Baja though an exclusive dining experience.

    Fue una experiencia increible! nos gusto mucho el menu y propuesta que manejo el Chef Rob Ruiz, excelente atencion y servicio de todo el personal. una experiencia muy diferente que ofrece el Valle de Guadalupe y que recomiendo probar a quienes les gusta ir mas alla de lo cotidiano.

    This was the best Omakase experience I’ve ever had. Chef Rob Ruiz is incredible at what he does, and he prioritizes sustainability which is so refreshing to see. Each course was delicious and so well thought out, I can’t wait to go back again.

    This was one of our best experiences ever!! Chef Robert Ruiz is amazing, knowledgeable, charismatic and human, and he generously shared anecdotes with us. The food was heavenly. We had an unforgettable night and hope for the best at Ensō Omakase. At some point, our neighbor in the 12 person seating bar spontaneously exclaimed when eating one of his nigiris "this is f...ing amazing!!"...and we all agreed.
