    Ordered the New York Strip medium for $48 and was the toughest steak. Sent it back. Manager comped it and brought out a new one. Handled well, but question the prime steak claim.

    As usual, we had an excellent meal at Epic Chop House. The food and the service were outstanding. The cheesecake for dessert was out of this world good.

    Food is always fantastic. The Shanghai shrimp, French onion soup to the pecan crusted chicken and so many more items are so good. Joshua was our server tonight and was the best yet.

    I enjoyed my dining experience at "Epic Chophouse at Kingsley". My 12-ounce filet was seasoned and cooked a "perfect" medium. The only "area for improvement" would be to serve it while it was hot. It was served at "room temperature" but still tasted really good. The baked potato was delicious, and my craft draft beer was very good. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her "Beef Wellington" entree. The beef was large and also cooked a "perfect" medium. The only "area for improvement" would be to cook its bread wrapping until it's crispy yet still flaky. She LOVED her "Old Fashioned" cocktail. Our server (and bartender) TJ was OUTSTANDING! He was customer-oriented, personable and extremely knowledgeable. KUDOS to TJ!

    The food is always pretty good here, but the service has slipped quite a bit since it opened. Had an entire glass of wine spill on me, that left me sticky, smelling like wine, and my pants were drenched. The rest of the dinner I was uncomfortable, and the service recovery was minimal.
