   I took my girlfriend for both valentines and anniversary dinner. The beginning was a little spotty as service was a little slow. However, the food was amazing and really made up for it. We had the Valentines Menu; The watermelon, and the amazing pork chop! Live music was amazing as the little Jazz band was very nice and very in tune with each other! Overall our experience was really good and would love to come back to try the whole menu!

   We went for the Valentine’s Day experience yesterday and we thought the food tasted great. However, we were disappointed with the service and thought it was a little ridiculous that the gratuity was already included in the price upfront. We didn’t think the experience was worth the $200.

   Evaga…Where food reigns and service lacks. A Valentines anniversary dinner a became waiting game. Upon arrival to our reservation at 8:30 we were still made to wait. Once sat, the clock struck 9pm. Readers please note we were one of the last to leave the establishment. In the kitchen some of the best meals were in the works. Compliments to the chef as every course was absolutely crafted with skill and attention to detail. While enjoying the night, we quickly noted the service was not up to par with such a delicious dinner. The seating resembled a typical game of speed dating. While I specified on my reservation that it was my 9 year anniversary celebration, not one employee mentioned it. Nor were the instructions on open table even read. Long story short, we left past 10:30. Which in short is the reasoning behind my rating.

   The food was good! The service was terrible. Our server only stopped by our table 3 or 4 times. I asked for a refill on my Diet Coke 4 times and never received it. We waited 25 min for desert which was pre made. Our server lavished much more attention on tables where the women were more scantily clad than my wife. This made for a disappointing Valentine’sdinner despite good food. Because it was pre-paid there was no way to adjust tip to reflect poor service. We were hoping for a new spot to enjoy and were very disappointed. Couples who came in after us got their food before us and left before us while we waited for our food. Could have been great with better service.

   I spent $190 for 2 people. It was supposed to include an appetizer for each of us, an entree a piece, and a dessert a piece. Apparently they changed the rules and made us share an appetizer and dessert, even though it was still 95 a person. Food wasn’t that great either. Really disappointing.

   Wow I was blown away by the food, some of the best I’ve had in EP. The space is also beautiful and service was great.

   I got a dinner for new years with my family. When we got there they only had 1 arrachera left so everyone had to get salmon. The same thing happened with the dessert, they run out from the dessert it was included and give us 1 piece cheesecake instead. Maybe if you are selling a dinner for a special event, need to make sure you guys enough of everything to avoid a negative experience
