   Love the atmosphere! The filet and 6hr mashed potatoes was the best I’ve had in years. We will be back for sure very soon.

   The beef rib was absolutely amazing. Our server was pleasant and very attentive. The seats were beautiful and comfortable. The only negative was that it was very loud, making it difficult to have a conversation.

   Beginning with your receptionist who are just brilliantly, capable and professional. Kudos to the two young ladies. We sat at the bar for a few minutes and had a very good martini and then we seated our to our table promptly at 6:30. Service was very good. She messed up our appetizer however it was fine. You know not the end of the world. We enjoyed the charcuterie even though we ordered the salmon. I really enjoyed that we weren’t rushed which the service does mention and so does the definition of the ambience of the restaurant when making your reservation. The portions were just right, not too small not huge absolutely delicious. My husband enjoyed the rib. I enjoyed the duck. Yes, we definitely go again. Noise level was a little high But then again we are 66 and 72 so we could just be a little deaf. I would highly recommend anyone to enjoy the evolution.

   Overall a nice place with a good vibe ….. portions were inconsistent but the meals were tasty. My diner was too much food while my wife did not have enough. The timing of the dishes was awful. Waited almost 45 minutes between courses. Apps did not come out at the same time and the salad arrived 30 minutes after the app then about 45 minutes later the entrees arrived. At one point we were contemplating leaving because we waited so long for the entrees to arrive. Drinks were good but over priced. Arrived at 615 and paid the bill around 9:20 did not bother with dessert . Hopefully this restaurant will be here in 6 months. Overpriced, poor timing but tasty food.

   We had a fantastic dinner at Evo. The food was top notch-highly recommend the cauliflower starter. The beef rib and branzino entrees were perfect. We had the donut for dessert and like everything before it, was delightful and unexpected. The best meal we've had in Manchester.

   The food took an hour and a half to arrive at our table and was honestly not worth the price. It was also a birthday celebration and the birthday was not acknowledged at all. We didn’t expect a free dessert or singing but our server didn’t even say happy birthday. Overall not impressed and likely won’t be going back.

   Service and food were good. If they replaced the white lighting over the main bar area with warm, it would be an amazing improvement! Blue lights behind the bar need to go, gives a bad vibe and energy

   We had the best meal that we have had out in a long time. The kitchen was a bit backed up, but we weren't in a hurry. The head chef came out to speak with us and brought us a free appetizer to hold us over. Denise, our server, was attentive and very good. Overall, the evening was we perfect, food was terrific and we are planning to go back very soon. So nice to see another upscale option in Manchester.

   We waited for 1.5 hours for our food to come out. Our waitress was excellent and friendly. The room is lovely - hope they can get the kitchen issues sorted out

    The food and service at Evolution is impeccable. It has been so long since we've encountered a restaurant of this quality. Every single person we encountered was kind, knowledgeable and gracious. The atmosphere was warm and relaxing. We met the owner who could not have been nicer. We cannot wait to return.
