   I made a reservation at 7pm. They were busy but we were patient. Service was really poor and server sometimes couldn't read her handwriting to know what was ordered. The table next to us sat 10 minutes after us and finished their dinner before we were even able to order ours. We ordered an appetizer and the server came back saying they were out of a type of fish and suggested an alternative. We accepted the alternative then 45 minutes later they told us they were out of sushi so couldn't make it at all. 15 minutes after that we saw sushi coming out of the kitchen. They lost out ticket and the manager said he would comp our drinks before dinner, the server tried to say it was just the first round, then when we got the bill there was a 20% gratuity automatically added when there was only 4 of us. We were never rude or even pushy toward getting our food even though we were starving. We finally got food around 8:30 pm then 15 minutes later were told it was last call because the restaurant was closing. All in all a terrible experience with fortunately wonderful company. We won't be back.

   Carynn was great, she greeted us with hospitality and excitement, opening us up to such a great time for my girlfriend’s birthday dinner. She was very polite and easy to talk to and kept the mood bright the entire night. If you’re looking for great service, ask for Carynn!

   I thought it was strange a 20% gratuity was automatically added for a 2 top without any disclosure. And initially they weren’t able to split the check to 2 credit cards, but then they figured it out.

   The service in this restaurant is impeccable. From being seated to being dismissed by valet, the service was 10/10. Our server Q was very attentive and made sure my boyfriend had a great experience for his 21st birthday. The shrimp garlic noodles was the favorite dish I had. The sushi was okay. Drinks were very nice. The ambiance stole the show. Overall a 9/10.

   I came with an idea of what I wanted to eat based off of the menu online. Only to find out that there was misprints of the menu. The potatoes were made differently than displayed (also very salty) there were no green beans. So I got the lamb which were very bland! My husband had pepper steak and rice that was suggested. His rice was regular white rice nothing we had was to brag about besides the almond shrimp. Our waiter Chris was very frustrated he wasn’t warm. We tried to get him to smile and interact with us but he was uninterested. He was nothing like the waiter across from us. We all agreed that this was not a place that we would revisit very overrated. The drinks were a bit pricy but tasted like a mocktail

   4 people. Waited 90 minutes with reservation. Nothing was done to accommodate any of us. No seats at the bar. Food not that bed. Waitress was pleasant

    Made a reservation a week in advance for 8:15 and was told they were overbooked and it would be an hour wait for my table WITH A RESERVATION. Luckily, they were open spots at the bar to wait. However, I was very displeased my party had to wait, even though we had made a reservation. We did not sit at our table until 9:25. Aside from that, service was good, appetizers and sushi were excellent. Drinks were very good as well. Complementary dessert for my birthday. Overall, good experience but the hour wait for my reservation will make me second-guess going back to Zuzu or not.
