Fabian’s Italian Bistro is worth checking out any day, but if you happen to be in the neighborhood on Tuesday or Wednesday, you’re in for a treat. It felt like an upscale hidden gem. The food and drinks were good, and the atmosphere was great. It also has a really nice large patio that I will be trying in warmer weather. I’ll be back!

We love Fabian’s and always enjoy the outdoor patio if the weather permits it? The menu is always exciting, especially with the specials, along with a wonderful wine list. Great service and ambience. We love it! David Dellinger

Fabian's has always been a great place to get a lot of bang for the buck. Sometime after COVID hit, they changed chefs and the food is just not quite as good as it once was. They used to do killer pork chops and they do not offer them anymore that we can tell - or very infrequently. Instead they have a porchetta that my husband tried and will not order again. I usually order the salmon and it seems to be the one entree that is reliably good regardless of the preparation. Another go-to is the linguine scampi; however it is in a cream sauce. Although it remains really tasty, I wish they didn't have it in cream as it makes the dish pretty heavy. All of that said, if you pick the "right" dish it is still a great value place to eat. The outside patio is particularly enjoyable; one of the best in the area. Inside, the booths/tables offer a lot of privacy (although the interior is rather stark) and a good place to have great conversation with those you are dining with.

Chef Carly and the Fabian’s crew knock it out of the park for the Lasagna Thursday. We were so excited to try it for the first time for my boyfriend’s birthday. The food itself was not only delicious as always, but the people were so kind and welcoming. This will always be our go to for date nights, celebrations, and anytime we want our comfort foods because it always makes us feel warm and fuzzy to go to Fabian’s.

Had the Sunday supper which was very good. Started with Caesar salad, followed by the Fettuccine colognes and the dessert

Once again a great dinner at Fabian's. Our server, Becky, was outstanding - attentive but not hoovering. The food was excellent. This is one of our favorite restaurants.
