   Took ages to even take a drinks order. Smokers outside with doors wide open so the place smelled Finally ordered and took another 50 mins whilst towers arrived, ate and left Totally overpriced for the type of food

   As someone who thoroughly enjoys afternoon tea, this experience was deeply disappointing. We waited an entire hour before being served, and there was no apology or acknowledgment of the delay. When the food finally arrived, the presentation couldn’t make up for the lack of quality. The cakes, while pretty, were completely tasteless, and the sandwiches were dry and uninspired. The only saving grace was the scones, which were decent, but not enough to redeem the experience. Having enjoyed afternoon tea at many places, this was by far the worst, and I certainly won’t be returning.

   Overall, a nice experience and we all enjoyed our food. However i did send a message to the restaurant (via opentable) to ask if they do a celebratory cake or desert as we were celebrating a family member graduating however this was never responded to and staff did not mention on the day which was disappointing.

   My reservation was at 12, and I waited outside the restaurant for more than 30 minutes for my table to be ready. additionally, a group without a reservation entered before us!

   Amazing place! The ambiance was superb, I highly recommend this restaurant, the food is really outstanding! Every meal we had was full of flavor and cooked to perfection! The service was fantastic! Thank you!

    Everything was great, except the croissants were heated in the microwave which made them chewy. The kabdah eskandarani was amazing… The scrambled eggs were good… The karak chai was good…. The pancakes were normal
