   My dining experience was well below par, I had originally booked here due to the high ratings on TripAdvisor and the convenience as I was staying in the Sheraton. My seating was prompt, but sadly, I was not offered any drinks until I was almost finished my meal. I have asked multiple times and was told that a server was coming shortly. The soup was called, and plates for a few and far between. I had to wait probably five minutes in order to get a plate, The server at the right station wiped her mouth with a napkin prior to serving customers. I chose not to eat there. The rest of the food was either soggy or overcooked. Many diners I talked to experienced the same Issues. Although I do understand, the restaurant was busy, the Unsatisfactory Concierge and food were well below the price range. I had to ask staff to bring out cake as every single dessert was empty, and I was still hungry. The cake was honestly the best part. Thus Being the reason I gave one star. A half a star for the store-bought cake and another half due to the fact that there were cloth napkins, which I appreciated. I would not recommend friends or family or even complete strangers in that fact to this establishment nor will I be back.

   Minimal selection, servers did not remove plates promptly between and none checked in to see if there was anything they could get us - e.g., refill - they did however bring us the bill before we were even finished. Terrible! Not worth the price tag even considering the fact that kids eat free.

   The service was horrible. They didn’t even come once to ask if we need anything. There were a lot of selections for foods but everything weren’t tasty.

   Not a lot of food options. Not very tasty. Too much money. Waitress is an airhead and kept forgetting my bill. Don’t go. Save your money!

   I felt for the cost it was mediocre and no one came back to even offer more drinks yet alone refill our water. Most of the handles on the buffet were dirty. It was overall low quality.

   Precio demasiado alto para la calidad de los alimentos y los servicios recibidos. Reservamos con anticipación y la mesa que nos dieron fue en un lugar apartado y sin vista. El servicio de la mesera no estuvo bien. Nos dio una factura con errores y no fue atenta. No había ambiente de fiesta de año nuevo. Parecía cualquier otra noche. Tenían el mismo precio para los niños y los adultos…

   This is our third time at OpenTable for a New Years Gala, and the previous two times was amazing. The food was good. It was a larger variety, and cooked to perfection. This time around I was a little disappointed. Most of the food was dry not cooked well or overcooked. Especially the pasta we got ravioli that stuck together like a ball. We just thought for the money that we paid we would’ve had a more premium type of pay as in previous years, but that’s not what we got this time around. All I can say is bring it back to the way it was and I can assure you we’ll definitely come again. Between the cost of the Gala the food, gratuity and tax, it was a pretty hefty bill for 2 adults and one child, and we had soft drinks.. The staff was great, the service was great and the management is great, but the food was not what I expected, and for what we paid I unexpected better. Overall, my family had a great time, as the music was wonderful. The ambiance was wonderful and the service was wonderful once again the food needs improving. Thanks for a lovely evening Sheridan, we had fun.

    Menu was suitable for adults… good value, but they add 18% service charge and then Ann other 15-18% gratitude… which is about half of what you pay for actual buffet… nothing kids friendly only pizza
