   I am a loyalty member in Sheraton Fallsview but this time is very disappointed, the main purpose to come here is to meet a server in your buffet restaurant name Ben, but this time he on vacation, I can’t see him, and my room is so disappointed only in fifth floor I know my request is no view but the room is too small make my family uncomfortable as a comparison in last three times, so disappointed, and for the buffet the quality is too bad the salad bar vegetables is not fresh, fruit bar is bad watermelon is not fresh, blackberries sour,strawberries sour,no others choice I paid for $55 per person is not wealth, not enough servers I wait for 10 minutes to ask for hot water but no server, sorry to tell u what our families felling. And I also consider in December can I come again and had that service . I hope the hotel can consider to improve more. Thanks

   Aucun service, dans un buffet, cela peut être approprié. Toutefois, ne demandez pas de pourboire. Les assiettes étaient dégueulasses et sales, ainsi que les tables vraiment très cher pour ce que c’est.

   They call it Brunch and we were expecting omelets eggs, Benedict and bacon and sausage. But it was a lunch so the description is a bit unclear as to what time brunch ended? The lunch food overall was OK. The desserts were not that good. The Boston cream doughnuts the cream was runny and coffee cake was stale. The chicken was very boney and the beef was tough. We will most likely not go back.

   It was an overall disaster. We paid extra for the non existent view. We waited 10 minutes to get water and never got a refill. Fifteen minutes later we got our drinks (don’t understand the delays). The food was reminiscent of a low level Vegas Buffet. Finally I told them we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and total crickets. DON’T WASTE your money here! We had better food at local fast food places. I would have given a negative number review,

   We enjoyed a great dinner with a large group of friends. There was a nice variety of food - something for everyone. We left satisfied and happy with the service, beautiful view and the quality of food available.

   We had the best experience! I made reservations a bit last minute. We got a beautiful fallsview table with the best view. I informed them it was my sons 13th Birthday. They lovely lady working the waffle area made him a waffle cake then the staff brought it to him while singing happy Birthday. We can't wait to go back next year! Thank you Fallsview buffet and staff for memories that will last a lifetime.

   We ignored the negative reviews and we regret that. The bill came with an $8 charge for the view even though the rude hostess sat us nowhere near the windows. The blueberries at the dessert station had mold on them. All of the food was bland to flavorless, except for the salt. I do not recommend.
