The space is very small, 6-8 wooden tables and chairs. Very rustic, like you're in a farmhouse. The dishes are super small as one would expect at a Michelin restaurant, but much smaller than at Published or Suyo's, and more expensive. Their instagram page portrays a much more positive, enjoyable space than what it really is. The dishes we tasted were good, but nothing extraordinary. And it was very difficult to enjoy any kind of conversation as it was sO loud in the restaurant. One table of 8 overtook the very small space which design wasn't conducive at all to absorbing sound vibrations. The two waitresses were polar opposites. One was very sweet, cheerful and attentive, whilst the other was borderline rude with her dryness and more of a downer. Wouldn't return.

Extremely poor food wise. I was there awhile back, and it was excellent. Now it has changed to a salad base menu, most of it are salads and vegetarian. And the family style increased from $70CAD to $130CAD for more salads. Absolutely disappointed

Amazing food. Mushroom dish (never would have guessed it was vegan) and Beef cheeks particularly good. And really nice service.

You are missing out if you don’t eat at this little gem. Each meal brought out by our top notch server was better than the last (which we couldn’t even believe was possible). Thank you Farmers Apprentice for a wonderful dining experience!

Each person in our party ordered the set menu. Each course was a revelation of individual flavors and those flavors in concert. It was a party in my mouth.

We had a really great experience. We did the $125 tasting menu and each dish was outstanding. Definitely lives up to its Michelin guide rating

Wonderful dinner experience 👍👍👍. We opted not to do the sampling menu but having had a few of their starters and entrees, we would not hesitate to return and try their wider fare. We also enjoyed very knowledgeable, friendly and not-overbearing waiters. Enjoyable all around.
