   Booked a reservation expecting to do their New Years brunch buffet, but they were experiencing technical difficulties. Instead we ate off the regular menu and everything we ordered, from the fried branzino to the short rib cup noodles to the kids menu chicken and rice was delicious. The drinks were presented beautifully and tasted delicious. Loved the decor and loved the music. Highly recommend!

   This is one of the jewels of Jack London Square. Bright, lively atmosphere, friendly service, and the food is amazing.

   Very unique restaurant! The food is amazing and also the atmosphere. The prices are a bit high but overall are balanced with the food quality

   Went out for my mother’s birthday with my mother, my brother, my girlfriend, and myself. Our appetizers and food were brought at the same time. Three of us got our food first, my mother did not receive her food until 15 minutes after everything else came. Once she receive her food it was room temperature AT BEST, and everyone else’s food had gone cold waiting for the last dish to arrive. Also the alcoholic drinks are pre-mixed, we learned this after asking for a substitution in one of the drinks.

   We celebrated my husband’s 50th birthday with a group of 15, and the experience was fantastic. The management team ensured our reservations were seamless, maintaining clear and responsive communication throughout. They went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, providing space for both a wheelchair and a high chair. The service was exceptional—every server was polite, attentive, and prompt. The dishes were served in a timely manner and were absolutely delicious. We wouldn’t hesitate to return to this location again!

   They delivered some of our food fast at first then we had to repeatedly beg multiple people for the rest of our order. It was not even good. I would not recommend this restaurant.

   I visited Framhouse Thai with my family on my birthday and it was amazing!!!! We just went to have good food and wanted a nice ambience but when they got to know it's my birthday they came and sang a song.. got a little candle on the dessert .. made our time their supr special. The food was deliciuos and the service was top notch... definitely recommend.
