    This restaurant is in a quieter neighborhood but needs to put less pressure on patrons to leave at an unreasonably early hour. Friday night at 9:30 is too early to ask patrons to settle up because the staff want to close up. During the week it may be okay to start closing up at that hour but Friday and Saturday nights should definitely be later. Also, if the staff is starting to clean up for the night that shouldn’t mean they can make a racket dumping out recycling and such. It ruins the ambience for the diners still in the restaurant and feels rude.

    The food was wonderful: pizza reminded me of pizza I got on Italy. The wine, suggested by the server was outstanding. The served did a wonderful job of timing the dishes and being responsive to our needs.

    Likely some of the best pizza in town, in what is likely one of the finest hotels in town. Add my lovely companion, an absolutely charming server, and the whole experience was a 10/10. Will definitely eat here again.

    We shared the caprese salad and the fungi pizza. Both dishes were excellent and are highly recommended. Our server was very professional and knowledgeable. The two of us will definitely return.

    Booked for an anniversary dinner. They used to have beautiful side room. They do not have the side room any longer, and the main restaurant has a casual lunch place feel. It does not match the elegant asthetic of the Oak Bay Beach Hotel. The food and service was excellent, but I wouldnt recommend for dinner or a date.

    Had been here for dinner previously and had a perfect experience. Lunch today was a repeat. Starting with our delightful server Michael. He was fun, informed and clearly a professional! He knew when to show up and make suggestions and when to leave us to visit. We started with a lovely Unsworth wine and shared the pretty and delicious green bean fennel salad and a yummy pizza. Finished with Tiramisu and cappuccinos. Our meal was well paced. No rush with the food and the best part was we had heaps of time to visit!
