We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

Food was excellent. They were able to accommodate the vegan we had in our group. Service prompted and courteous. I would go back there again.

My favorite restaurant in all of Vail Valley. I came twice in 3 days on my last visit. Good location, nice ambience, great menu and wine list, fantastic food and great service, from the maitre d’ to the wait staff (especially Josh). It is always especially fun if Jim or Steve are in the house. Don’t miss out!

Fabulous meal! We were greeted by the manager who was extremely friendly and happy to welcome us. Our server was very knowledgeable about all the menu items and did not rush us. We shared the mussels to start which were OUTSTANDING! I had the chicken cacciatore and loved it. Tender chicken in a beautiful sauce with vegetables. My husband had the veal chop and couldn’t say enough good things about it. Will definitely go back!!

We have always have great food and service at Fattoria and look forward to many more enjoyable meals. Definitely one of our favorite restaurants in the Vail Valley.

I love going to Fattoria when I am in Beaver Creek! Off season and in season this restaurant never disappoints. The second you walk in the own asks your name, where are you front and checks on you throughout your dining experience. The cocktails, food and ambiance is exactly what you need after a day on the slopes or just relaxing in Beaver Creek! It is a must go!

One the best meals I have had in a long time. My sisters said the same. The server was amazing (I believe Josh), so helpful, friendly and attentive. We had a great time sharing an incredible meal together. The best restaurant in the Vail valley!

As someone who is half Italian, can be very picky about Italian food. Was pleasantly surprised by the lasagna (huge fan of the found filet being a component) and my husband said the veal meatballs were the best meal he had while we were visiting in Avon. Will definitely be back next time we’re up there!
