We have been to Italy and studied it's masters. We have tasted (a lot) of wine. We have searched for the best ingredients, and learned and perfected the best recipes. Why wouldn't we be the best Italian experience in the Vail Valley!
The idea of growing fresh fruits and vegetables in the Rocky Mountains might seem crazy to some, but for us it is just another step in perfecting our craft. Our Chefs and Gardeners labor tirelessly to bring you the best produce and ingredients available seasonally
We try each day to live and work with a purpose. Each step of your evening has been pondered. We try hard to bring you the food you crave and anticipate your every need while you are dining with us. From the stuzzichino when you step in our door to the parting sips of limoncello.

You will be greeted as if you were visiting family or dear friends. Food was hardy , warm, tasty. I felt like I was at my grandmother’s home. Great service. Will be back! Thank you

Everything was amazing! We were so impressed by the quality of the food and the fact that they grow their own vegetables and herbs. Their wine selection was on point and the service was fabulous. We will be back again for sure! The Sorbetto salad is a MUST try!

I had such a wonderful experience at Fattoria. My filet mignon was excellent, and my server recommended the perfect wine to pair with it. The staff overall were so warm and welcoming. I would go back!

This was a wonderful experience! Yummy food and warm, friendly atmosphere! Steve and the staff made us feel welcomed! Yall..I would highly recommend Fattora and it will be on our restaurant “go-to” list on any visit to Beaver Creek!

This was our second time there, and as the first time; the Owner welcomes you and guides you to your table, cracks a joke as an icebreaker and make you feel as a regular diner. About price? You are paying for quality ingredients and great service! Overall a solid 100

If you are in the Avon / Beaver Creek area and want a great dinner be sure to include Fattoria in your plans. It will require making a reservation to be sure you can get a table. Your experience starts when Steve (host? Owner?) greets you by name when you arrive and escorts you to your table The menu features a variety of Italian dishes -- all the usual offerings you would expect but several not so usual like the chicken cacciatore severed from a cast iron crock at your table. The wine list is extensive but features many bottles in the 'reasonable' price range. Throughout the meal you can expect to have Steve stop by more than once just to check and make sure you are enjoying your meal and if you need anything more. Although the meal is plenty to fill you up be sure to save room for one of the desserts. Like the dinner menu the dessert menu has some offerings that may surprise you. Overall, just a wonderfully enjoyable meal and experience. On our list of 'must visit' restaurants when in the Avon / Beaver Creek area.

Fattoria was incredible! Wonderful service and the food was some of the best, freshest Italian I have ever had in the US. I will be back every time I come to Avon/Beaver Creek and will tell any friends coming to the area that it’s a “must eat” restaurant.
