   We werden zeer onverwachts, kort voor het bestellen van het dessert, van onze tafel gestuurd, want onze tafel bleek nu voor anderen gereserveerd te zijn. Dus als je chique wilt eten dien je dat binnen twee uur te doen, want daarna wordt je op het koude terras geparkeerd. Wij vonden dit heel onplezierig, want we werden uit onze flow van een mooie avond gehaald. Dus ondanks het heerlijke eten komen wij niet meer terug.

   Alweer een heerlijke ervaring bij Ferilli’s! Uitstekend gegeten en ook hun steeds wisselende specials geprobeerd, top. Dit alles gecombineerd met een gastvrije ontvangst door de hostess, sympathieke en efficiënte bediening, mooie wijnen en gezellige sfeer. Absoluut vijf sterren. Hadden ze ook maar een Ferilli’s in Rotterdam! Maar ik rijd er graag voor naar Amsterdam.

   De vele slechte reviews op Google deden het ergste vermoeden, maar eigenlijk was het allemaal heel prima. Goeie melanzane parmiggiano, heerlijke wijn, mooi wit linnen, zilveren bestek… eigenlijk alles wat je verwacht bij een klassieke italiaan in oud-zuid, inclusief pittige prijzen en tafeldame in ienie-minijurk :). Wij hebben genoten! Thumbs up.

   I’ve been quite a regular client. Yesterday came again with my family, it was my birthday lunch.I indicated it when booking in the social occasion bucket . But the service was extremely slow. It took almost 1 hour to bring Kids Spaghetti Bolognese and our main courses. The drinks came after hour starters were almost finished. We had to ask twice about our food. And nobody mentioned anything about my birthday. But the atmosphere was good, food as well. However, when leaving a hostess asked about our experience, and I honestly told her, that the food was great, but the waiting time was killing the whole experience. She looked at me with a tone of surprise and almost rolling her eyes said: “ yes, but we are busy today”. No apologies. Nothing. Dear Firellis, if you are not able to handle busy periods and are not able to properly communicate about it - then don’t accept new reservations. Be honest. This is not your customers problem, that you are too busy. And please train your hostesses properly. The rudeness is not acceptable!

   Goed bediening. Prijs kwaliteit verhouding ook goed. Genoeg optie voor vegetarische, niet veel maar genoeg. Sfeer in de restaurant gezellig druk.

   Excelente comida . Una confusión con la cuenta donde nos cargaron los postres y platos de la mesa de al lado . Notificamos y se aclaró sin problema

    Good service. Food was delicious. Burrata & tomatoes, Caesar salad, lasagna and ravioli. All good.
