   As usual, the four seasons’ service was exceptional. Our server made adjustments to our kids’ meals upon request & the catch of the day (Hawaiian Sea Bass) was amazing!

   Prettiest outdoor setting. Fabulous waitress and service. Pasta clam dish good but needed more sauce, kick and clams. Very pricey but given everything else worth it. Salad was fabulous as was the bread.

   We had a 6:15 reservation and got there at 6. Amber the hostess wouldn’t seat us even though there were many open tables which I did not understand as to why she wouldn’t seat us. I asked another lady at the hostess stand about the fact there were many open tables and why couldn’t we be seated. Amber overheard this and said it would be a few more minutes so another 5 minutes went by and we were finally seated in a table that had been open the entire time (of which there were many!) we had been standing there. I don’t understand why Amber made us wait. I thought she was rude!!! No reason for of any of this!!! Once seated our service with Gerry was excellent as was the food and the rest of the experience.

   We had a fabulous evening with Gerry as our server. The calamari and off-menu margherita pizza apps were hot and delicious. We also got the bread with seaweed butter but did not think that was outstanding. Cacio e pepe on pasta was too peppery for my friend, but I love pepper. The chicken dish was very moist. Worth the splurge for the sunset.

   We have dined at Ferraro’s many times for special occasions. The atmosphere outside by the water’s edge at sunset is one of the best on Maui. Our server, Kate was friendly and attentive. We were pleased with both of these factors. Our disappointment was with the food quality. My husband had lamb chops that were anything but tender and were very fatty. I ordered sea bass, normally one of my favorite meals but found it dry with a very salty, tough outer surface. It was not flaky and had only a garnish of olive tapenade, also salty. The highlight of the food was the lemon cheesecake. Kudos to the pastry chef!

   One of the best places to see a beautiful sunset and we were lucky on our night. Our server, Amaya, was so friendly and attentive. She made our dining experience spectacular. Everything we had was wonderful. We come every year and always like to dine here. It's a beautiful spot next to the ocean.

    Food was way below expectations taste wise. Service was slow but server took care of us with heavy pours. Everything else was ehhh. Won’t be back
