Fiamma is a full service authentic Italian Restaurant featuring the first truly authentic Neapolitan Wood burning pizza oven in Monroe county. With an all natural flame our oven maintains an internal temperature of 1000 degrees cooking the pizza in 45 seconds leaving it with a truly unique taste and texture. The rest of our menu is reflective of traditional southern italian dishes native to the Campania region. With diverse ingredients and seasonal fruits and vegetables we strive to offer only the freshest available seasonal dishes. As the seasons change so will our menu.

The small, quaint dining room was designed to resemble an old fashioned Italian osteria. Rich with wood and other earth elements Fiamma is a warm inviting atmosphere. The Italian countryside was inspiration for both the menu and the dining space. While at Fiamma you will be greeted with a smile, and treated like family.

    The food at Fiamma's is always fantastic. Great salads, pizza and pasta. The tiramisu dessert was also fabulous. The service was perfect, with a knowledgeable server, fast delivery of our orders and friendly conversation. The only complaint we could have was that it got a bit chilly as the evening wore on and the room was a a little noisy when full. Still, the food is worth a trip to Fiamma's any night.

    This restaurant was very cute inside and the staff was but the food was a disappointment. We ordered two specials: one a "bruschetta" and a truffle gnocchi dish. The bruschetta was okay, but it really was just cheese and meat on a toasted piece of bread. The truffle gnocchi had good sauce but that was not gnocchi. They were essentially doughy dumplings (the size of small meatballs, filled with truffle, way too doughy and a weird texture). If I go back I'd try something safe, like pizza...

    Love the food here & our server was quite attentive and accommodating. The restaurant attended to our last minute request to add a 7th guest when we showed up & also provided a first floor table for us given one of our party has accessibility requirements. THANKS Fiamma team!

    great atmosphere!! server was nice but service was mediocre. the meal was honestly just ok.. my veal was very tough.. which is normally not even possible.. expresso martinis were fantastic!! totally meh.. probably better for drinks and apps..
