   The service was hectic. Multiple people asking the same thing multiple times. The food was ok. For the price point I was expecting a different level of service and quality. It is a beautiful restaurant in a vibrant area of the city.

   Desafortunadamente, tuvimos una muy desagradable experiencia mi acompañante y yo en Filigrana por lo siguiente: 1) La mesa que nos asignaron no tenía iluminación, tuvieron que poner una vela sobre la mesa; me percaté que la posible lámpara que podría ser la de la mesa estaba quebrada. 2) Nos pareció extraño, pero al momento de tomarnos la orden nos indicaron que necesitábamos pedir no solo las entradas sino hasta los platos fuertes (no queríamos hacerlo ya que era la primera vez que los visitábamos y desconocíamos sobre lo abundante de las entradas) pero ante la insistencia tuvimos que hacerlo. 3) Para las entradas se tardaron 55 minutos en llegar a la mesa; aún y que la presentación era adecuada, no eran nada fuera de lo normal. 4) Para los platos fuertes, se tardaron de nuevo pero ahora 60 minutos en llegar después de las entradas, ya había perdido el apetito, mi acompañante le gustó el pescado. 5) Pedí un ron zacapa y mencionaron que ya se les había terminado y no lo habían surtido. Aún y que no reclamamos nada de lo anterior, el personal se percató del mal servicio y nos enviaron una bebida de cortesía, quitaron un plato fuerte de la cuenta y nos enviaron un postre por la pena de lo acontecido; se aprecia la buena voluntad del personal pero no era lo que buscábamos para un restaurante con mención Michelin. Por todo lo anterior y lo nada sobresaliente de la comida, es que le doy una mala reseña.

   Food: 5/5. Experience: 3/5. The food was excellent, but this is a serious restaurant. I was brought a plate with an obvious chip in it. Asked for an unchipped plate and it was taken away and replaced without comment. My spouse and I were asked if we would like water. We took still and the price on the bill was 120 pesos. My 230 peso cocktail was very good but closer to the size of an aperitif. Filigrana has an extensive coffee list but when I asked for decaf I was told they don’t serve decaf. A major restaurant should keep decaf in the kitchen for patrons who enjoy a coffee with dessert but cannot take caffeine. If there is not great demand for it then just keep a modest amount on hand. Small points in light of the very good food but for me they added up.

   The waiting service was highly inconsistent and our waitress really didn't know her way around the menu or how to help. Music was unnecessary and very loud for what should have been a nice ambiance. We were disappointed with the entire experience, while the food was actually pretty good.

   Exceptional food, great service. Was with a friend and we wanted to eat almost everything on the menus were not disappointed with out choices

   Alex and Chris were such wonderful servers and we had an amazing meal! Would recommend to anyone who enjoys beautiful food, lovely service, and a beautiful restaurant. We had the best time!

    It takes so long to serve our food, another table that came at the same time and they get their food right away, at the end we get dessert in compensation and was nice from them
