   Food and service was excellent. We had the salmon risotto and had the hummus appetizer. The appetizer would have a better flavor if it was brought to room temperature but it was still good. Hotel decorations just beautiful. We will dine there again!

   Birthday dinner with my spouse. Pricey ($200) dinner with drinks and dessert but it was a special occasion. Food and service were excellent!

   Everything things waa excellent. Customer service and the food. Restaurant is beautiful. We sat by the window and the view was great. Amy took great care of us. She was patient and explained everything well. We are planning on returning next year.

   Holiday decorations are beautifully done. All servers very pleasant and courteous. Salmon risotto slightly with just a little more salt flavor than I prefer but really delicious and hot. I love hot food. Hosted a team member that I don’t see often and she really enjoyed the ambiance the food and the experience.

   Double date was amazing. Kaiyana provided us with wonderful service. She described the chicken & rice to perfection. We will return!

   The server was excellent and the ambience was good but the menu was terrible. We showed up expecting an actual menu but when we got there we got ask if the buffet would be okay which looked like the hot breakfast you would get at the holiday inn. Maybe the dinner menu is better but I won’t be back for brunch. The menu that wasn’t the buffet had 4 items.

   We met with friends at the 1808 bar for drinks. Two people were sitting at the bar when we arrived and we sat at a 4 top. We were given a drink menu and ordered cocktails. We watched multiple people arrive and order at the bar and walk away with their drinks. Other drinks were made and sent to the restaurant and other areas in the lobby. After 30 minutes I inquired about our drinks and was told someone else was making them. Our drinks were served with a bland apology. We dined at Finial and service was great. The crab cake appetizer and Carolina blue cheese wedge salad were great. However, the grouper didn’t agree with my husband later on, for some reason. I ordered the vegan aubergine and was disappointed with the saltiness of the tomato sauce and size of the two cannolis. The menu description didn’t mention Impossible meat as the filler but was noted by the server. I didn’t want to look over the menu on the spot to change my mind. I would have enjoyed a vegan meal without a meat substitute. The aubergine as the cannoli wasn’t substantial enough to taste. The date cake and gelato were a nice finish. The holiday decor was posh and festive as always and music from the artist in the lobby was A+.

    Thanksgiving dinner was turkey, stuffing, collard greens and cranberries. Dinner rolls were not included or even available. No other items were included, not even a dessert. The dessert selection had no traditional type of holiday offerings either.. For fifty dollars you would think it would be offered. It was a disappointing dinner. Honestly, I would have been better off ordering their dinner to go for Thanksgiving. It was by far way better last year and fed my family eight with leftovers after. The restaurant should have had that meal offered instead of what they served for be price.
