We had a really lovely time, and the waiter was very accommodating. I am desperate to learn how to make guiness stew as good as theirs because I need it in my life every week.

Server was great! Very new server, inly her 3rd shift. Other server sat us and 20 mins later told our server our tabke was hers. She apologized .. we were good with her. We each order steak frite. My friend order med rare it came well done. I ordered med rare it came crispy on outside and freakin raw inside.. like they cooked a frozen steak. Sent it back. My new plate was ok, my friends was still wrong. She gave up cause it would have been thirs plate. The GM albeit comped the app was more interested in being social with staff than doing his job. Our server was ao pleasant but waa stressed and needes support and she wasnt getting that from GM or other staff. I will never go here again. So many more better places that will serve better food. Also email corp office and they dont care either. Save money, dont go here.

The service was slow and not very good. She put the incorrect meal and then said we were wrong when the menu said something entirely different. We waited a long time in between drinks and wanted to get more but did not want to wait. Would not recommend this spot.

It was pretty quiet as we were there on Tuesday, but the server was attentive, polite, and provide great service

Our server was truly lovely, but we waited an excessive amount of time to be served. When the food did arrive, it was only lukewarm. Moreover, my son asked for mild sauce on his chicken fingers & it was anything but. Hot, hot, hot! Finally, I attempted to use a gift card & was told it was no longer acceptable because the restaurant now belonged to a different group.

Fries and chicken tenders were over cooked. They were dark and hard. The chicken sandwich had barely any meat on it and it was not put together properly. It was essentially a vegetable sandwich. It took 40 minutes to get the food.

Our waitress was not very attentive or helpful. They spilled an entire glass of Soda on one of our family members which lead to them sitting in sticky, wet clothes the whole evening. The only compensation they offered was to replace the soda free of charge. They suggested our family member go to the bathroom and remove their clothes to dry with the hand dryer… absolutely not acceptable as a suggestion and they should have offered something else to compensate for the discomfort during the whole meal. Furthermore, the waitress did not circle around the table to take our orders, so we had to yell across the table since it was quite loud, when they could have walked to each guest instead. Overall, a horrible birthday dinner.
