The restaurant wasn't all that busy but the service was slow slow slow and the food took forever. they got our order wrong and it was literally 45 minutes before our drinks came. They proactively didn't charge us for it but that's a little bit after the fact. I live in the neighborhood and have been going there since they opened but I feel like they have fallen off quite a bit

Fiorella continues to deliver excellent food at reasonable prices. Its a great value. Service is friendly and attentive. Its hard to beat for an enjoyable dinner on Polk.

What a delightful experience! Firstly, thank you for seating us away from the bustle so that we could have a conversation. The server was highly attentive and very pleasant. We started with the fall fennel salad, which was delicious. The autumn squash was nicely prepared as was the fennel and the kale. Seasoning was flavorful yet light. My spaghetti Pomodoro was wonderfully done. The pasta was just the right amount of firmness, and the amount of sauce was nicely, complementary and very fresh. The pizza margherita was also wonderfully done with nicely proportioned cheese, basil, and tomatoes. Oh, and the pizza dough….. lightly salted and addictively delicious. I have now officially tried all 3 Fiorella’s and I must say, I love the consistency in service and quality.

The service was not good but probably because it was new years. It was overall slow, they got one of our two dishes wrong and we didn’t get water til the food came
