   My wife and I go to firebirds when we can get a date night I am a big fan of the prime rib and so is my wife when we get date night Firebirds is our go to but tonight our server Aaron she was just not getting it done .We got seated And we got bread after our drink order so you would think we would have silverware but nope turns out you can pull there bread apart and just dip don’t worry about the napkin either it comes with the silverware you can use your sleeve but wait as always we ordered the prime rib mine medium rare hers medium but the kitchen was nice enough to send us out to medium rare because my wife loves to see blood on her meat hence the medium I’m being sarcastic by the way . Not sure if it was the kitchen or the server that got it wrong so they take it back and leave mine so I can eat in front of my wife alone on date night and she can watch her steak gets returned medium looks great I’m done with my meal by the way I was going to wait and eat mine when hers came back out but sue refused to let my food get cold ! She starts eating and grabs a black napkin as she can’t stand fat she had already cut the fat off but it was basically nothing but fatty and at this point we are ready to leave as we basically saw our server 3 times once was to bring bread the second to take our order and the third to refill my glass as we look for her no where to be found we call one of the 5 people standing by the kitchen talking one being the floor manager I assume I explained why my wife didn’t like her prime rib and handed him the check when I get it back he basically throws it down and says happy new year when I look he had taken her prime rib off like he was doing me a favor instead of giving me her food it would have been nice had you walked and around and checked on everybody instead sorry I don’t need you to take good off my check .Might be our last visit you keep service and your food like that you will be the next Houston’s your guest our what keeps you OPEN.

   We felt rushed to make our order since the kitchen was about to close, so we were told, this caused my fiance to order the filet and she missed the fact that it was bacon wrapped. She doesn't eat pork. The waiter seemed agitated when he was informed. I prepped for an issue when the manager came over, but the manager was nice and very accommodating. Other than that, I would say that the experience was a good one.

   We went here for New Year’s Eve and our experience was great. They had an extensive menu and the quality of food was great. Service staff were knowledgeable, friendly and very prompt. I kept on thinking if they are this great at New Year’s Eve, they must be amazing every other time of the year. Also, ambience was great. They were very organized and we didn’t have to wait long to be seated ( we did have reservations).

   The food is excellent and carefully prepared. I love the salmon as it is perfectly cooked. We had a new to the job server who was good but not great. The noise level is very high every time we go.

   Great waitress with great tasting food, especially New York Strip. The General Manager is by far the best I ever seen running a restaurant. I LOVE THIS PLACE

   Made reservations and had to wait a hour and half to get seated. The only thing good about my service was the server.

    This is the second time steaks were wrong. Manager was nice last visit after the mistake. We decided to go back and this time I had a group of 7 and 4 steaks were under cooked. Server was nice and helpful. Manager discounted food again but I wanted a great meal not to keep my money.
