   We booked a reservation for 2:30 PM, sadly we ended up dining by 4 PM, not because we wanted to stay but the 3 dishes we ordered were cold after waiting for 30 mins waiting for the food. We decided to give it another chance for the dessert and also was a disappointment that after all the wait for the main course we had to wait for 3 spoons to eat the last meal. Food is OK, Service has opportunities to improve.

   Restaurant was very vibrant with folks of all ages. Space Design allows privacy even while tables are full. Waitress was the best. Great attitude and precise. We will be back for sure

   We had been to Firebirds for lunch several times but this was our first experience at dinner. Two of our drinks were very watered down, the other was made completely wrong and tasted horrible. We were surprised to hear that even though they have soup, they do not have crackers. The service was slow and the one person that ordered soup received it only a couple of minutes before the meals were brought to the table. The steak was good but baked potato was hard. Once we were finished eating the server dropped off our check and didn’t ask if we were interested in dessert. Overall I wasn’t impressed enough to return for dinner. Had the restaurant had crackers for the soup they would have sold at least one more cup to our table and if they would have offered us dessert they would have likely sold 4 to us, but since they didn’t we decided to call it a night.

   4 of us seated immediately w reservations. 2 of us had Sea Bass. OK but not exceptional. Accompanying shrimp were tasteless. Wish we'd had salmon as we had previously. Our companions each had sirloin, commenting that they were tougher than expected. Our salads were excellent.

   Firebirds needs to be a bit more organized at the front desk. There is NO place to wait to sign or check in, and no place to wait while you are waiting for your name to be called for your reservation. When the door keeps opening, it is COLD if you are in the bar area or in the tables catching the wind. The food is okay. The tables are way too close together.

   Fantastic food and portions are huge. Chicken and steak options were ordered at our table and we all were impressed with the taste and portion size. Delicious loaded baked potatoes were a highlight as well. Table next to use ordered signature salads and that's what I'll try the next time. Will def return soon!
