    Honestly, it’s one of the best restaurants I attend at all times.. no matter which location, Rather is Chandler or arrowhead.. you guys never fail waitresses have amazing outstanding professional customer service that brings positive energy with their best advertisements. If I could vote 100 stars at a five I would but for now it’s five out of five.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    This was our first time at this Firebirds location. Food was good but the service was slow and haphazard. It was not as good as other locations.

    A 6:15pm reservation turned into us sitting around waiting for a table for almost half an hour. Took 10 minutes for our drinks to arrive. Had to ask for a straw when it should have just come with it. I ordered the cilantro chicken and it was super dry. The mashed potatoes and asparagus that came with it were good. Walked out spending over 200 bucks with tip. All in all that check price was not worth the whole experience. Probably our last time going there.

    Extremely short staffed, which we understand. But there should have been acknowledgement at least and an apology for slow service. Even when it’s busy not checking on your customers after food arrives is just a bad practice

    Had lunch with a friend here recently, after not visiting for a couple of years....we each had our favorite salads and were not disappointed, it was as good as we remembered. Service was great, and noise level was minimum..all in all a very pleasant lunch!

    Ribs were dry but charred carrots were delicious! My husband’s salmon salad was perfect. Giovanni made our experience memorable and took very good care of us. This is the second time he waited on us and each time was great. He’s such a nice guy!

    Chilean sea bass and shrimp my husband order were partially raw. After one bite of raw fish returned and could not eat. My tortilla soup was a puree of what I am not sure.?? Chicken chucks in soup were too tuff to eat. So after a few bites of soup and a beer we left. So much for trying this place on our anniversary! Definitely not a celebration dinner. 🥲.
