    As usual, the food was delicious. Our waiter, Alex, went above and beyond and was so pleasant and efficient. He checked on our table constantly and was attentive and funny. Made the experience even better.

    The service was slow this time. Waitress didn’t keep us updated to how long it would be. Food was great as usual. Quantity enough to take home leftovers. Big daddy cake was huge and delicious and very shareable . Always worth going back.

    We had a reservation, but still waited 20 mins… that was fine… but then we experienced the worst service EVER!! Took 40 mins for daughter and I to get our bar drinks… ordered them when we sat down, had to remind waitress, and they came mid main course. She never filled our iced teas or checked on us AT ALL… we never got the ketchup we asked for with our fries… appetizer plates were never cleared…Husband’s bar drink he ordered when we sat down didn’t come until we were ready to leave! However, the manager came over when my husband sent his bar drink back and asked for the check instead. He ended up apologizing profusely, comping our whole meal, and giving us $50 in gift certificates. We come here often, and have never experienced this. The manager made it right though, so we will be back!

    Service was meh. The food was really poor tonight with burgers overcooked, salmon undercooked and multiple order errors… Funniest part was it took a good ten minutes to get ketchup. Hah! Plenty of other good options.

    We had our Christmas Eve dinner at Firebirds and it was a wonderful meal! My daughter said the Sirloin may have been the best steak she’s ever had. Our server Cam was awesome! Highly recommend Firebirds for a special occasion or casual night out. 👍🏼👍🏼

    We have a wonderful Christmas Eve dinner and our waitress Keenly was amazing. Even though I'm sure there were a million other things she needed to do on Christmas Eve, she made us feel very special and welcomed. The food was delicious as well.
