   Avoid the lobster fondue salmon. For the second time we ordered the spinach lobster dip as an appetizer. They had a lobster fondue salmon entree about 35$. It was just the appetizer poured on the salmon, no lobster. I thought it was a fluke the last time we ordered it but it seems to be mode of operation with it happening on two separate occasions.

   The food was great and our waiter was efficient. However, one of the Managers approached our table kindly asking us if we could leave. We had a reservation at 4:30 and this was about 2 hours later. While I understand it is a Sat night and they are busy, the 3 of us spent a total of $300 there. It is not like we were not still enjoying our meal. I still had half a glass of wine and so did one of my friends. If there was a 2 hour limit that was not communicated! It has been months since I had been out to dinner and chose Firebirds as the place to go. This unfortunately has soured my impression of this establishment which is unfortunate because I’ll be going where I don’t feel like I have to rush to eat. Do better!!!

   I had reservations for a party of six for a birthday dinner and it was all of our first time dining here. Cassie was our waitress and did phenomenal job of waiting our table. Thank you Cassie for being so attentive. Chef’s kiss for all of the food…everything was superb and filling. The Philly cheese steak egg rolls were outstanding as well as the Lemonade. The food prices are a little pricey but well well worth it for the amount and quality of the food received. I ordered the three course meal (Caesar salad/sirloin steak medium well with mash potatoes and asparagus/ chocolate brownie). My family and I will definitely be back to try others items on the menu.

   Kadie was our server snd she was phenomenal we really enjoyed her service and our food was delicious we had philly cheese steak eggrolls and wings for appetizers along with blt salads with balsamic dressing so delicious and then we both had new york strip steaks that were cooked to perfection. Thanks firebirds and kadie for a great date night.

   I really like Firebirds, the wine is always good. Our waitress was nice but our waitress could have been more welcoming. The food choices were good, but more vegetarian options would be great. The food however was a bit bland. The bread is always good, but what happened to the variety of rolls?

   Deviled eggs had no flavor in the yolk itself. The potato soup had to many scallions in it and was watery. The dessert and entrees were amazing though.

    Slight dip in the Firebird’s standards. Wait staff was pushy. Not moving plates out of the way and dropping main dishes in a manner where they were partially on the appetizer plates. Steaks were marginal. Lacked flavor even with the bacon wrapped tenderloin. Sides were good. Deviled eggs have been better. Not the same presentation as we’ve seen in the past. Seemed not to care. Still a good night out but they are. O longer my #1 choice.
