   Fillet was good and done medium rare just right. Pork chop was slightly over cooked but had good flavor. I asked to have it done "medium" and the waiter replied they only come medium well! should have changed my choice at that point.

   Our food experience is always great. Tried the red sangria this time was just as good as the black diamond martini. You can never go wrong with Firebirds.

   We’ve always very much enjoyed the food (steaks) but tonight they were not as good as usual. Potatoes nearly burned. Salads were good.

   My wife had one her best birthday meals in 50 something years - a honey glazed tomahawk pork chop with an ancient grain medley and asparagus, a bottle of the Firebird Pablo Robles, and a unique complimentary cheesecake with strawberries. The service was impeccable and the ambiance always appealing.

   Jorge, our waiter was OUTSTANDING!!!!!. The food was incredible. My mom turned 80 and we took her out for dinner. Jorge made it very memorable for her and treating her like a Queen. She just loved it.

   We had a party of four and we all ordered different entrees, and we all really liked our dinners, drinks and desserts. Although our server was very friendly and helpful, service was just not a quick as it normally is. Drinks took longer than usual as did the food. That probably wouldn’t have been a big deal except that it was so cold inside we all had to put coats on. We couldn’t wait to get outside on a cold wet desert night so we could warm up!

   Enjoyed our dinner last evening at FIREBIRD. Fettuccini with shrimp and moderately spicy penne pasta with chicken. Dirty Bird martini was great. Our waiter Jorge was attentive, engaging, and very helpful. Also appreciated the Floor Manager, Chris stopping by to make sure all was well.

   We really like Firebirds. Their menu isn't huge, but they have something for everyone. We had a salmon and shrimp dish over tasty mashed potatoes and a chicken penne pasta dish. The pasta serving was huge! They also have an amazing appetizer that is lobster queso with chips....delicious!
