   We were there to celebrate a birthday and there was little interaction with our waiter. When we ordered drinks mine came much later and even when I had dessert, I had nothing to drink with it. My water was empty for most of the night so little coaching on being attentive would be great. I am not sure if you give a dessert for birthday to customer but was charged for it so overall not the experience we have had in the past.    Love going to Firebirds and it’s very convenient as it’s right in Birkdale and a quick drive. The food and appetizers are always on point. Now they have tables for customers who don’t have a reservation. That was an awesome thing to come up with to make customers feel welcomed.

   Jordan was an awesome server!!!! She handled our table as well as my daughter and her friends who were on the patio. She was knowledgeable and honest and gave the best suggestions. The manager (pink/red heart sweater) checked on us twice!!!! The male hostess volunteered to take out photos..... The bartender was one of the best!!!! Great staff Awesome experience

   Great experience. Especially a busy night. Food seasoned to perfection. Crab cakes, black diamond drink, Surf and turf med well and asparagus( only 6 pieces) but everything was good i didn't even worry about it.

   From start to finish, a wonderful Valentine day experience. Cyrus took excellent care of us and no hesitation in responding to our request to split the 3 course prime rib meal. You can tell management is adept at developing friendly, professional, and well-trained staff at Firebirds. Crab cake appetizer was very good. We consistently get the best attention and meals there which is why we return again and again.

   Although the waitress was kind and attentive, our food was flavorless and dry. The ticket time for our food was nearly an hour. The only enjoyable part of the evening were our drinks.

   The four of us had a lovely time and Maria took very good care of us. The double black diamond martini is always a hit. The steak, salmon, and salads were delicious and the portions were very generous.
