   Seems there are good days and bad days. Started out returning an unclean plate. Wrong wine was served. We were seated next to a party room and had an ongoing issue with noise problem. One server opened the door near our table - could hardly carry-on a conversation then our server would close the door at our request. Back and forth. Any kind of consideration relocating us to a quieter table would have been reasonable. We’re done with what once was a decent restaraunt and one of our favorites.

   My nephew and I went to Firebirds to celebrate my birthday and once again the server Shawn was outstanding and went above and beyond in customer service. The food is always excellent and for my birthday dessert I was brought cheesecake bites. My nephew and I have been to Firebirds several times and they never fail to deliver excellence.

   My husband and I went there for brunch today. They sat us in their outer area which was ok, but everyone else was sat inside the restaurant. I felt like they put us out there to separate us from all other guests. The server took forever to get our order. He spent his time cleaning off the table next to us when he should have taken our order. The menu looked impressive but I probably won’t go back anytime soon because I didn’t like the service. I got the steak tacos but the beef was so tough I had to take everything out of the taco to cut it with a knife just so I could chew it.

   We had a large party of 8 and our server did a more than excellent job! I believe his name was Ryan. So polite and helpful...we will surely ask for him again. All food was very good. Thanks for a great time with our family there!

   Great food and great experience!!! Service was excellent and even though our appetizer was late, management more than made up for it and I have nothing negative to say.

   A great place to celebrate a birthday with family and friends. The Ribeyes and Sirloins were cooked perfectly and tasted great. Megan was a friendly and attentive server. We will definitely returning to Firebirds in the future.

   Great staff. Very attentive and courteous. The only thing I noticed was we were celebrating 2 birthdays. One person was 70 and one was 80. There was no piece of cake or anything and I left the information when I made the reservation.

    Service continues to be a struggle here. The food is always good, the service is all over the place. They have some very good servers and others that should find another career path.
