   The food wasn’t exactly terrible, it just wasn’t worth what we paid. My main complaint is that my steak was overcooked. An expensive steak shouldn’t be overcooked. And in terms of the service, our waiter was super nice when he was around. But he wasn’t around much.

   The food was very good. The veggies were a bit undercooked, and the salmon a bit overcooked, but everything thing had a great flavor, and enjoyable. The service, both front of the house and back of the house, seemed to be struggling a bit with the packed dining room, but our server was extremely courteous, lending to an overall very pleasant evening.

   Terrible experience. I requested steak pink in the middle. It came out well done twice. After the second time, I asked the server to bring our dessert & I’d take my meal with me. It took 20 more minutes to get the dessert. Manager comped my meal but food was not good & we received very little attention. We arrived at 5:30 & it took an hour and 45 minutes to get out of the restaurant. Food & service was bad. We will not go back.

   We were not given the same experience as we have been in the past. The server was very quick to leave without getting the full orders. She was slow to return with the food and was not very polite in general. My food was overcooked and then way undercooked since I guess they don’t know what medium is. I had to eat alone since the replacement came out long after. They never acknowledged my mother’s birthday. Not a great evening, I should’ve kept my reservation at Coastal Fish.

   Food was cold, place was dirty, too expensive for the food that was presented they forgot to put the correct food from menu, and it took forever to get our food. Not impressed will not go back.

    We have always enjoyed Firebirds but the service was very mediocre this time. Even though we had a reservation, it was a half hour after our reservation time before we were seated. Our reservation was at 4:30 for a party of 8 and the restaurant was not yet crowded. Our server was courteous but we did not see him very often. We did not receive the salads we ordered, did not get bread even though he told us several times it would be out right away, did not get drink refills and he did not bring condiments requested at the time we ordered and when we requested them later. Except for the salads, we did receive these items after multiple requests. This is by far the worst service experience we have had here. We will not rush back.
