    Incredible service and the food came out super quick. Servers were extremely attentive and nice. Food was pretty good but steak was cooked well done instead of medium. For a steak lover this was disappointing. Overall my team enjoyed our time together at Firebirds!

    Great server and delicious food tonight. Firebirds is our go to family night restaurant to meet up with something for everyone if any age. Our grand niece enjoyed her chicken kids meal.

    Food was amazing. Service was good. Had a 630 reservation still had to wait 15 minutes they were behind, but after that, everything was smooth drinks were good very nice Restaurant .

    My complaint is due to very poor customer service. It was early on when our appetizer came out and I simply picked up my glass of water and the bottom of the glass fell out and water soaked the table and my clothes. I did not bump or hit anything with the glass it just fell apart. The server tried to help and a manager came by, a women, did not get her name and she did get more napkins and wiped the table but left the booth bench soaked and I had to dry it myself. All she said was that the General manager said he would report that to the glass manufacturer. My dinner was a very tough piece of prime rib under cooked from my direction and a baked potato that was not fully cooked. The check came and there was no compensation offered at all...Very poor customer service. I will not return and would not recommend that location to any of my friends or clients.

    Our server was great - Alex. She was attentive and understood our timing needs for dinner. Overall good food and prices are somewhat high for the type of food. Very busy night and Alex did a great job!

    Restaurant was very busy on Friday night. We were seated on time for our reservation and server took care of us promptly. Food quickly but steaks were cold or undercooked. Worst part was cocktails arrived after appetizers and dinner was served. Server was very apologetic but really unacceptable to take 30 mins to get cocktails and wine.
