   An outstanding experience on New Year’s Eve! Jonathan was an attentive server who made our dining experience so pleasant. The grilled salmon salad was wonderful - One of the best pieces of salmon well prepared.  we enjoyed the pineapple martini and look forward to returning to this terrific restaurant!

   This was my first time visiting Firebirds . I went for a girls night out with some friends. The food was by far the worst I’ve had while eating out in the past 10 years. Each of us received a different food selection and none of the meals were good. When we brought this to Amanada Castranova’s attention who is the General Manger she gave us an in depth overview of how each item was prepared and how awesome the chef was. She never acknowledged the fact that we were displeased with the meal and made no efforts to apologize or help to rectify the situation. I expected a lot more from the General Manager of all people. And was displeased by her service the most. On a more positive note the drinks were exceptional.

   Server Johnathon was very good. Attentive. Friendly. Surroundings nice. The bread served prior to meals is fabulous. The entrees were ok. Half the party really enjoyed their food (salad and pasta dishes and chicken sandwich) and the other half felt their food (soup lobster street corn) was just ok. Overall was a fun time. Cocktails were super yummy. Especially the double black diamond martini. Would go back to try something different.

   We went with family and everyone was able to find a good choice on the menu. They were very accommodating to dietary requirements and service was amazing! Will be back again!!
