   My husband and I decided to do the three course meal (starter salad or soup, main dish with starch and veggie, then desert. It was a bargain at $39.95 per person. I ordered the sirloin steak with asparagus and mashed potatoes, husband ordered the cilantro chicken, with asparagus and mashed potatoes. Bread and butter was brought out to our table first, then our salads came. Our main dish came a short time later. My steak was perfect and delicious, the mashed potatoes were warm, not hot, and the asparagus were overcooked and warm, not hot. Husband’s chicken breasts (2 filets (one chicken breast sliced in half)) were a bit on the dry side, but that’s a chicken breast issue, but the sauce that accompanied the chicken was delicious. Again the mashed potatoes and asparagus were warm not hot. Seems like these two items were plated first, then waited for the entree to be plated…just a guess. Our deserts were great. I will be a bit critical, only because I’ve been schooled in the culinary arts arena that attention to detail is critical to success. When plates are sitting on the edge of a table with both eating utensils on the plate, any waitstaff walking around needs to dispose of that plate immediately, regardless of who the waitstaff is assigned to that table. Also, during our meal, one waitstaff brought out a floor sweeper to pick up crumbs on the floor. Not good to do during service hours. Wait for the place to shut down before you pull out the cleaning crew. The waitstaff was courteous, friendly, and personable. Ambiance was lacking mainly due to the size of the main dining room, noise level, and lighting. Booths could be improved by putting up partitions, but that costs money. Restrooms could be improved as well. It might be some time before we return. Next time we’ll probably we dine in the bar area.

   Austin provided great service. Food was amazing and large enough for left overs to bring home. Monday wine down added to the evening at 50% off wine

   Food was good, service was great. The only negative to our visit was the dessert I received. A brownie with ice cream. I began trying to eat it but it was so hard I could not pound a fork through it. I stopped eating it and my bill was adjusted by taking off a dessert from the bill. I later got ill that night from attempting to eat the dessert.
