   We had to wait for our reservation, which was fine because they comped us with a free appetizer, but our food took forever and no one ever came over to check on us to see if we are OK. I mean our food took at least 45 minutes to get to our table. No manager came over to make sure we were OK. The steak was not cooked to our liking, but we did not even complain because we were so hungry. We just wanted to eat we were there to celebrate my son‘s birthday. We took a dessert to go because we had already been there for almost 2 hours. Overall the experience was not great.

   We always have excellent service and great food at Firebirds. Easy to get a reservation on a Friday or Saturday evening. Bar scene is lively too.

   Consistently high quality and reasonable value. It was easy to make reservations. The place was crowded but restaurant was able to seat us on time. I really liked the Always In Fashion cocktail. Could have had many more but the price tag was a little steep. My wife and I enjoyed our steak dinners. We brought 2 guests who had never been to Firebirds and they really enjoyed it as well. Will definitely return.

   Pretty good! First time here, we made a reservation and waited about 5 for our table. Food was good, the “fresh vegetables” side was not the best and barely cooked but everything else was great. Very busy & loud but still quick to get our food

    Had reservations for 2 and was seated as soon as we arrived. Host took us to our small table table and we asked to be seated at larger table. There were plenty of open larger tables available. He told us they were all taken. Throughout our entire meal, most of those tables remained empty. The food was okay, nothing outstanding. I had higher expectations. Very loud and hard to carry on a conversation.
