   2/23/25 We had to wave at the server down a few times to ask for drink refills. Plus, the server did not give our table of 4 any bread. We had to wave at the server, again, to ask for bread when it should've been brought to us without asking. After ordering our entrees, a couple was seated at a table next to ours. The server gave that couple (a party of 2) their bread and walked directly to our table (again, a party of 4), stating, "This is the time everything runs out. I'm sorry, but we don't have anymore bread." Very disappointed as we had great service on our past visits. Is Firebirds starting to slip on their service?

   The service and food were excellent. This has been my experience each time I visit Firebirds. I certainly recommend it for lunch or dinner.

   Very accommodating for our group of 13. It took a little extra time to serve such a large group, but that was to be expected. The food was delicious and the service was very friendly. Highly recommend!

   Neighborhood restaurant that is an awesome addition to the Kingstowne/Springfield area. The menu has a good variety and we really appreciated the outstanding service. Our server knew exactly when to ask for our menu selections and refilled our drink glasses. All of us were pleased with our dinner choices. I selected the 3-course dinner menu for $39.95 which was very good. My husband and son both ate the traditional ribeye which was perfectly cooked, medium rare. Our family will definitely be back to try other items on the menu.

   Second time here. The wait staff is terrific. We loved when they brought out new chilled martini glasses to touch up our existing ones.

   Service was excellent from Jamayah. Food was very tasty as well. Only issue is the two tops by the windows get pretty cold in the evening.
