   Had a few tapas and the only one that disappointed was the bang bang shrimp. Elote was excellent and the Waygu sliders were very good. Great service from our waitress.

   We have always loved and enjoyed Fireproof but this was by far our most disappointing experience. We specified it was our wedding anniversary which was never acknowledged. Our server was nowhere to be found the whole night. She hardly checked on us and it took quite some time to get any plates we ordered when she did come back. We also ordered the butter cake dessert (after we were asked if we were ready for the check without even being offered the option to order dessert) which was immediately brought to our table ice cold with a pool of melted ice cream around the plate. We did have to ask for it to be taken off our bill. All of this did not make for an enjoyable experience this time around.

   I’m truly sorry that we didn’t provide the exceptional experience you deserved for such a meaningful occasion as your wedding anniversary. Celebrating a night as special as this should have been seamless, and it’s disappointing to hear that we fell short. While we did experience a minor technical issue with our system that evening, which may have contributed to some delays, this in no way excuses the lack of acknowledgment of your anniversary or the inconsistencies in our service.    Been going here for the past 4 years. Was my favorite place… new owners came in and I had 1 bad experience. But it’s turned around ever since, it’s been amazing. Parents absolutely loved it, especially happy hour! Best in Columbus. Especially those Wagyu sliders.

   We arrived a little and were seated right away. However, that’s where the good service ended. To start off we were given dirty paper menues. We waited for 20 min and did not have one person come over and welcome us, gives us water, or ask if we had any questions. Also, in the section we were sat the diners appeared to not be happy and were looking around for someone to talk to. A manager was talking to a customer and food was taken back from a customer. Several servers walked buy but we were being ignored so we got up and left. Not a great first experience with this restaurant.

   Love our server Lia. We dined with a Gluten Free friend and loved the many options available. The Happy Hour is fun too!

   It was amazing! Our server was so nice and sweet, super down to earth and gave us great recommendations for some of the tapas and drinks our table ended up getting.

   Cool vibe. Hostess was attentive and pleasant. Food choices were interesting with a lot of variety with good sized portions for tapas…but everything was overly salty. Our server was not great but other servers seemed to be present and helpful at other tables so I can’t ding the whole restaurant for one server. I’d probably try it again.

    The updated menu items and cocktails are great! Energetic and attentive staff! The chorizo mussels and flaming cheese are amazing!
