   As always, greeted with a smile, and asked where we would prefer to sit, impeccable service, perfectly cooked food, not rushed and reasonably priced. Fish at 55 thoroughly deserves its recent accolade of being the best restaurant in Rochester. Thank you to you all for a great evening.

   Had to book my favourite restaurant for my birthday lunch! Have been there a few times over the past couple of years - the staff / management are always very friendly, the food is beautiful and it's the best lobster I've ever tasted! I always have mussels, then the whole lobster, my husband and other members of my family have tried lots of different things - they especially recommend the sushi and surf and turf options! It's quite dear, so we can't go all the time, but we go there for every special family occasion! Definitely recommend it!

   A great location with views over the cathedral. Suggest a table upstairs to get the best view. The seafood is amazing, the smoked prawns and the seafood soup are excellent and the mussels are great. The food is reasonably priced and service was good. The menu is superb and a joy for seafood lovers. The problem is choosing what to have. We will be back again as there are other dishes we’d love to try.

   Have eaten here several times and always very pleased with food quality. Hadn’t tried breakfast so gave that a try with one of our teens and was a massive thumbs up from us! Lovely tasty brekkie service great as always and great value compared to others on the high street. Will definitely be back again.

    A very warm welcome on a very cold morning. This is an excellent place to enjoy a relaxed, delicious breakfast. The friendly and attentive staff make this a cut above other venues in the area.
