First, took us 1h30 to even talk to our waiter. She forgot our order and we only got food like 2h00 into our night. The food was ok. Way way overpriced. I feel like we got scammed.

Everything is fantastic but the food is okay. We spent 360$ for 2 people, I would expect really good food for that price, but it wasn’t exactly top. It’s still very good but not 350$ good.

The food was good, although the steak cuts weren’t the best, i.e., lots of fat. The ambiance and decor were nice but the service leaves vast room for improvement. On one hand, the greeter reiterates that it’s 2 hours per reservation, yet the waitress took over 20 minutes to bring us our bill… ironic!

Une soirée exceptionnelle au Fish Bone ! Nous avons eu le plaisir de souper au Fish Bone hier soir, et quelle expérience mémorable ! Dès notre arrivée, l’ambiance nous a conquis : une musique bien choisie, des arômes alléchants flottant dans l’air, et une atmosphère vibrante. J’ai opté pour la pieuvre en plat principal, précédée d’un délicieux tartare de saumon en entrée. Mon épouse, quant à elle, s’est régalée avec des crevettes géantes, et nous avons partagé des huîtres Rockefeller, toutes parfaitement préparées. Chaque bouchée était un pur plaisir ! Le service a été irréprochable. Sam, notre serveur, s’est montré à la fois chaleureux, efficace et attentionné. La gérante est même venue nous saluer, et nous avons eu droit à un shooter offert par le restaurant, partagé avec elle et Sam – une attention qui a ajouté une touche festive à la soirée. En résumé, une soirée magique accompagnée d’un repas fantastique. Nous reviendrons sans hésitation ! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Food, service, ambiance A+ A must if you’re visiting Montreal. Little trick- if you don’t want it to be too noisy, eat there before 8pm. Perfection. Also a super fun supper club later on in the evening. Best Asian fusion in Montreal.

Incredible dishes, wait staff and ambience. I had the miso black cod with white asparagus and my husband had the Maki with tuna tartar. A slow Sunday evening which was a perfect ending to our packed weekend.
