Following the huge success of Fish! restaurant in Borough Market, Tony Allan developed his Fish! concept further to create Fish! Kitchen in Kingston upon Thames. Encompassing the Fish! brand ethos and offering the highest quality fresh fish, simply cooked and at a fair price, it opened to great reviews and have fast become a local favourite renowned for both our traditional fish and chips as well as our grilled fish.

Located in peaceful Kingston on Coombe Rd, Fish! Kitchen undoubtedly serves the best fish and hand cut chips in South West London. Popular with lunchtime crowds, this restaurant caters for adults and children alike. The kids can choose from a kiddie menu and leave the adults in peace as they scribble all over the paper place mats with crayons supplied by the restaurant. Favourites include classic prawn cocktail to start and the swordfish club sandwich, a modern twist on the traditional.

Really enjoyed our first visit to Fish! Kitchen in Kingston. Went to a 7:30 pm booking on a Friday evening as a family of five, and really exercised the menu sharing two tasty starters, tuna carpaccio and calamari, before eating a variety of lovely fish dishes, namely fish pie, grilled red snapper, grilled sea bream, grilled turbot and battered cod and chips. Portions were good, and service friendly. Indeed, our eldest daughter, on learning initially that fish pie was sold out, was delighted when the waiter managed to conjure up another portion following a visit to the kitchen. Looking forward to our next visit.

This has become my favourite place to eat. The fish is so fresh and beautifully cooked and presented, the staff are friendly and kind. I have brought several people here and they have all been equally impressed.

Wonderful food, great staff and lovely ambience! My family and I enjoyed a two-course fixed menu, which had a good variety of choices and is great value for money. The food as always was delicious.

My son from Manchester now brings me to this little restaurant whenever he can. It is absolutely my favourite. The waiters are delightful, the ambience is good, and the food is always delicious. My son and I can’t fault a single thing, which is rare.
