    Our first time there. With friends. The food was delicious! Although, Our appetizers came out after our food was delivered. They said there was some unforeseen things happen but they made it right. We didn’t ask or complain about the late appetizers. Every dish sat down was so good. Our reservation was for 630pm. We were a bit early, but we were taken to our table at exactly 630pm We WILL go back. Get staff, great food, lovely ambiance.

    Great service and delicious food. Our meals came out pretty quick considering it was very busy. Greg took excellent care of us with just the right amount of attentiveness.

    What a wonderful place! We were visiting our family from NC and they recommended . Food was outstanding, great service , great ambiance! Food quality = price point! We WILL be back!

    The food was amazing and not too pricey. The ambiance was beautiful but unfortunately we were seated in an outdoor patio that is converted to an indoor area in the winter which would be amazing in the summer and has gorgeous views, but in winter if it’s busy, it can get very loud, so loud it made it difficult to converse. The service was great and we will definitely be back. The rainier clams were so flavorful. The little bbq buns were to die for. Great drink selection.

    Our server (Lauren) was wonderful as were the support staff. We usually go to Seattle for Christmas or New Year's Eve dinner but wanted to try somewhere else (but also somewhere new) and heard Fisherman Jack's was good. The restaurant is beautiful and there are no airs about this place, like we would expect in Seattle. Everyone was welcoming and attentive. The food was served fast and it was delicious. The decor is lovely and the view (although it was in the evening) is beautiful. The bathrooms were very clean as was the rest of the restaurant. Our server also had some recommendations for the next time we come in - which we plan on doing. The ordering process is like Din Tai Fung but far easier with our server who was very attentive. The only minus is the noise --- but I think that's the result of the restaurant's design with its open floor plan and high ceilings. We couldn't hear each other but that didn't spoil the meal; we just prefer a quieter atmosphere. That said, with all the plusses --- we are already planning to come back.

    Great food, service, and location. The only issue is the giant front door is heavy and difficult to open. They should consider an automatic door assist button.
